normally, people get a resource pack template by typing “minecraft addons template” on google search. the github ones from Mojang Repository:
the only cons from this repository is that Mojang didn’t include the older version below v1.19.30. Which, might be a problem for pack creators who wanted to experiment their pack with an older version.
But Fortunately, Someone had been Archived all versions of Bedrock Resource Pack from the early beginning (v1.2.9.1). the website is called bedrock.dev
